All payment must be done in advance prior to service provision

Advance Payment of 50% before the services and last payment of 50% to be paid immediately after services completion and acceptance

This instruction applicable only if a client has hosted a website with us otherwise all payment must be paid upfront for clients who do not have websites hosted with us.

  5. Select # 1 to Enter Reference Number
  6. Enter Account no.(Our account no. is 40810111200)
  7. Enter amount -Enter balance fee (Only numbers) = TZS……………………………….
  8. Enter PIN -Enter your M-PESA secret code
  9. Press 1 to confirm -Enter no. 1 to accept the transfer

Wait for the completion message from VodaCom and NMB Bank If the transaction is unsuccessful, please repeat from step no. 1 above

TIGO-PESA TO NMB BANK:

  1. In the phone call screen type*150*01#and press call button
  2. Select # 7 – Financial services
  3. Select # 1 – TIGO-PESA to Bank
  4. Select from the list #  NMB
  5. Select # 1 to Enter Bank Account Number

  8. Enter PIN to confirm

Wait for the completion message from TIGO and NMB Bank If the transaction is unsuccessful, please repeat from step no. 1 above

  2. Select 6: Financial Services”
  3. Select 3: Send to Bank
  4. Select 1: NMB
  5. Enter Account Number(Our account no. is 40810111200)
  6. Enter Amount (Only numbers) = TZS……………………
  7. Enter PIN to confirm your transaction

You will receive a message from Airtel

e.g. ” Txn Id: NW160506.0901.A02324 You have paid TZS.54,500.00 to NMB Bank (Success: Your available Airtel Money balance 200.00Tshs.”

Payment Evidence Submission:

IMPORTANT!

Send to us evidence of payment via billing email: lembu@webmagic.co.tz

Your order won’t be processed until evidence of payment is sent to us. Please send the following as the evidence of payment

  1. Attach or reply the latest received Invoice # plus
  2. NMB Bank Success Transfer Message OR
  3. Scanned copy of the original deposit slip if deposited physically to the bank or via agents.

NB: Remember also to keep the payment evidence as the same may be requested in the future for verification

IMPORTANT! Remember to send us the following references just after payment is made:

  1. Invoice #
  2. Payment Ref #
  3. Sender name that appear in the receipt or mobile number used to send the money,
  4. Amount sent
  5. Domain to be attached with
  6. Date of payment/transaction
  7. Scanned copy of the original deposit slip for bank transactions
  8. Remember also to keep the payment evidence as may be requested in the future for verification

NB: No order that will be processed if the payment or notification of payment has not been done

Your package will be online within 15 minutes to a maximum of 5 hrs
