Weekly SEO website management plan is the business plan where the consultant will use at least 120 minutes each week (48 times a year) to do website management for the sake of maintaining the website and optimizing for SEO. The initial work includes implementation of SEO Audit Report findings which of course exclude the whole website re-design.
The plan aim to optimize the website security (Cyber attack and spamming control) and rank important and strategic keywords on top 10 of search engine results especially Google.
The service includes but not limited to the following:
- Content Updating which include optimizing text, images, replacing pages all limited to 10 pages
- Attach a good important webforms with spam filter
- Scripts updating which includes adding new and removing unwanted scripts for CMS based websites only
- Configuring the website for good SEO practices. Include issues like URLS canonization, Keywords, Sitemap, Social network links and posting etc.
- Content Optimization for good SEO
- Hardening the website to prevent spams and any cyber attack plus fresh manual website backup on major update.
- Adding regular blog posts etc. (texts and images only- content from the owner)
- Optimizing the website to achieve more than recommended PageSpeed which are good parameters for good SEO
- Creating and optimizing (identity and followers’ optimization) at least 5 popular social media accounts (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn)
- Creating and optimizing at least 5 major directories (Google My Business, TripAdvisor, Viator, etc.)
- Performing Weekly Online Marketing (social media, directory listing for 5 platforms each)
- Security and traffic monitoring plus any disaster mitigation and recovery
- Weekly webmaster briefing on any work done plus recommendations (if any)
All the above at a fee of TZS. 2,400,000= / Year OR 240,000/= per month for the contract of one year
Note: The fee above does not include any third party paid service or software/scripts. If those items are required, a customer must buy them +in a separate agreement
